In our Santiago workshop we build new instruments after historical models and restore period pieces. Every instrument we sell, whether made by us or not, is examined and set up there before it is offered.
We build and restore the instruments of Renaissance and Baroque Europe — vihuelas, five-course guitars, lutes, citterns and viols — alongside the Andean family: charango, ronroco and their relatives.
We also work with independent luthiers in Chile and abroad. The catalogue brings together instruments from our own workshop and from these makers, each credited by name, so that players can reach their work directly.
Each sale includes a written report on the instrument’s condition, the work carried out and, where known, its history.
